Nevada electricity prices in context

Nevada's residential electricity rate stands at 13.60¢/kWh as of May 2026, making it the 47th most expensive among the 50 states and DC. This is substantially below the national average of 18.44¢/kWh, a difference of 4.84¢/kWh or 26.3%.
